Seller is using Media Mail to ship common electronics. Eligible items for Media Mail include books, sound recordings, video recordings, printed music, etc. When asked why Media Mail was used, the seller responded, "we ship items in high quantity, sometimes media mail is offered to us in order to offer the best prices." USPS would not offer Media Mail to ship an AC adapter. Seller is in violation of using Media Mail for ineligible items. Plus, Media Mail is the slowest all all rates.
