You must open the package before signing for it. If the product is not in good condition do not accept it. Returns are accepted if the "good condition protocol" was signed by both the courier and the client.

All returns must be received in good condition at our dispatch centre. Goods will not be accepted if they are damaged, scratched or not returned in protective packaging.

Goods will not be accepted by Automotive Enhancements if they have been fitted or altered in any way.

All delivery costs and insurance for goods when sending returns back to our dispatch centre must be paid for by the customer unless making a prior agreement in writing.
