My order was as pictured/described and shipped/arrived quickly. When I placed the order, the Seller agreed to refund the difference between an offer they made and the price I paid, but I never received the refund. The order arrived damaged from China because it was poorly packed: no cardboard backing, only a thin plastic mailer. Seller's communication was great and I worked with them to get a partial refund. I would have given better feedback if this order had been better packed.
