Unfortunately, I never receive item per se. However, seller was transparent about the condition being that the item purchased was damaged due to weather condition in their warehouse. Seller did mention this news and issued a refund the same day. Also offered a discount for future purchases the same day in return for the inconvenience. Only area for improvement would be the response time. Initially, I was inquiring about the item I purchased. Received a response almost a week later.
