The figurine clearly has a crack all the way across. The seller insist it is a seam. I am a longtime collector of Hummel figurines, and I have never seen that before. This issue has not been resolved by the seller.

It is shame that the buyer states the issue was not resolved as first, there was no issue in the first place and second, an attempt was made to come to a resolution. The alleged "crack" was a seam. It was raised to the touch and clearly depicted in the photos. The item was sold for only $3much below market value and buyer is still not happy. Buyer refused refund and said she would but it behind her but then felt the need to leave a negative review....caution to all future sellers.
