Seller sent wrong item. Offered a $5 discount to keep incorrect item which would have been at a $15 loss. Item returned with promise of refund. Waited a full week for refund to appear at which point seller had to be prompted to post refund. Refund posted to account a week later. Transaction ultimately concluded satisfactorily, but very aggravating experience with a seller willing to retain money paid for an item not received. Would not recommend.
