Wish I could leave positive feedback but this is deserved feedback.......Item arrived to me used ... not just "open box" but actually scratched up - still had someone else's info on the watch when I powered it on. The return and refund took forever. Had to buy another watch in the interim. It's the seller's responsibility to make sure they are stating the condition, details with accuracy. Not best transaction ever but glad to move on. Seller was "nice" but out the $ 2 wks

i checked and watch had the plastic cover. i should of taken a pic of it. didnt want to argue and refund it. possible watch switch.
