Sent a non working Apple Pencil. Sent it back. Sent me another non working Apple Pencil. Asked for a shipping label to send it back for a refund. He went silent.
Asked me to open a return in the beginning. Had to close it for him to send me the first shipping label.
Now that I’ve got a closed return on this order I cannot request a refund through eBay.
Do not recommend this seller.

I apologize you had a poor experience, but I never once asked you to close the return for a label. I let you know that the pencil had an active Apple warranty, and you chose to close it. After you closed it, you asked to return as you said your store denied the warranty and I immediately sent you a return label. I then shipped you another pencil. These were in new condition, and I have never had an issue with Apple pencils I've sold. I was very accomodating to your issues.
