I purchased this lotion on January 3 as I was taking a trip 1/17/2024 for a month. It didn't ship until 1/13/2024. The seller said she was sick after she shipped it. I would have cancelled if she would have contacted me sooner. When I returned home the package was not in my mailbox. I tracked the package & it shows it was never delivered. I contacted the seller & sent a screen shot of the tracking information. She said she shipped it and oh well, and she stated she does not have anymore.

I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PURCHASED AND THE SELLER WAS VERY NEGATIVE IN RESPONSE TO IT "NOT THEIR FAULT IT LEAKED OUT AFTER THEY SHIPPED IT"....WELL, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT MY FAULT!! IT IS THE SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO SHIP THE ITEM SO IT ARRIVES IN TACT AND AS THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED.....THE BUYER ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THE SELLER SHIPS THE ITEM. VERY POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR 1/2 REFUND IN ALL FAIRNESS OF THE SITUATION.
