I kindly reached out to the buyer that the city portion of their address was missing and that I could not buy a shipping label for them. Had to cancel on them for this reason. I tried resolving this issue and even shared a screenshot with them of the error I was getting for their address, but the buyer did not seem to understand. I always strive to fulfill my customers' orders to the best of my ability, but somethings things are out of my control.
