They are a bunch of scammers - they claim the crossover works fine - it s just broken on the outside and doesn t affect the inside. But when I received it, the resistors inside were broken in half. I threw it in the trash - I sent a request for a refund - but I didn t receive a shipping label - I don t have experience with returns. What I can do is throw it in the trash.

Ebay automatically closed this return because the buyer was attempting to extort money while keeping the items and violated multiple Ebay policies. It's not ammature hour over here. I am always willing to help anyone and take returns. You refused my help, made false claims of things being broken that were intact and attempted to extort money from me. Very sad especially considering I let him negotiate the price down where he was basi paying me what one of these crossovers is worth for the pair.
