I received this product ahead of the scheduled delivery date, so always happy about that. What I got was a genuine Skagen strap with a tool to install it. Unfortunately it came without the buckles that attach the strap to the watch pin. Apparently, if you are replacing a Skagen strap with a genuine replacement, one removes the buckles from the old and install them on the new. I was replacing a non-Skagen strap, so this was not possible. Not sure what to do, but my watch is now strapless.
