The seller was really lovely, helpful and responsive. The post office actually lost my order but that was not the sellers fault and they were incredibly kind and did what they could. I would absolutely order from them again if I needed a cuddly toy - still crossing fingers mine turns up but I think if it is returned to them they will be in touch.
