Seller knowingly misdescribed DVR as being fully operational and his own DVR he had put for sale because he had upgraded. When i,now the new owner came to set this DVR up to function it required an Admin and Password to enable me to log in, which I could not possible possess. On contacting the supposedly owner seller about the required log in information so that my "new" purchase would function, he could not help.This item is in the process of being returned for a full refund.

Well... Apparently this was the 8th DVR that this buyer had bought off ebay and then claimed they had "issues"! I wish I had known this beforehand as I wouldn't have sold the DVR to him. When it became clear the buyer was never going to get the DVR working I offered a full refund. He returned the DVR and I issued a full refund, no problem. I checked it out when I got it back and it works fine.
