Sorry to hear you were not happy with this purchase. The listing included 12 comprehensive photos of everything that was included in this sale. The description contained detailed information that backed up the photos including the exact phrase “Empty wax packs included”. I’m not quite sure what else as a seller I am able to do other than to photograph and describe accurately. Full return and refund offered but declined. I am a small family business with impeccable feedback for the last 9 years.
