The Drum is Very Nice. However, The package had been previously opened and The bottom (clear resonant head) is peppered w/stick marks, due to tuning I Suppose. This Drum was possibly a return and resold to me as Brand New, Unopened. I will be keeping the Drum and would like a refund for the Price of a new clear resonant snare side head if possible. Thanks
