All stamps were ungraded and as with all uncertified philatelic listings - a disclaimer was included to judge all item conditions by their very detailed included photos.
As such, it is very unclear to me how an issue suddenly arises upon getting the item, and TBH seem petty and dishonest.
*Regardless* the buyer was instantly offered either a partial refund from the lot (all this was about a single stamp in a $3 lot..), or to return the item for a full refund - both were ignored
