Received the top. Was NOT new. Yes it had a tag on it. I think false because way too originally expensive. $98! Max Studio. Not even close. There were deodorant marks in the armpits and also a BAD repair job of a hole. I took the bad threads out and repaired it properly and laundered the shirt. I will keep but the misrepresentation is very unethical.
