They were very communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process. Shipping was so fast--where I was expecting it to take a week+ for customs, etc., it took a few days. The pen and its packaging looked pristine, the pen writes as well as my other Sailors, and they even snuck in a little origami crane, which I have found a place for on my desk!
