Genuine items, well packaged arrived within the estimated time slot, stated required a replacement battery, this was not the case, the fault was the motorized head which operated intermittently, dismantled the head, cleaned - sanitised, replaced a damaged wire now working great. This item and all accessories were eBay purchases (1) dyson V8 with wand + motorized head + charger (2) docking charging station (3) combo dusting brush (4) mini motorised head (5).
