Was told from the seller this is an open box buy which means all parts should be there all parts were not there in fact the main pieces were missing so I couldn't even use the scooter seat at all then the guy turned around and blamed me and asked if I read the description I said yes there's nothing in there about missing pieces so then he blamed me for not looking at the pictures to make sure all parts are there wow terrible seller do not purchase from him
