the item was in new condition! he was respectful although his replies had lengthy pauses. unfortunately after buying, i noticed that walmart online sold these "new" in packs of 4 for less than half of what i paid for 1 "used", so i do feel kinda scammed based on price. also he did pack the item very nice with bubble wrap, but unfortunately the seller did not ship out the item until after the time window had ended, i received late.
