This is a fantastic item at a great price. Unfortunately, it had several knots in the chain. I have managed to tease out all but one of the pesky things, but the last one is too stubborn....I'm a bit gutted because this was purchased as a present.

HI, thank you for the positive feedback. I'm sorry about the knots. A jeweler taught me a trick. Lay the piece on the countertop. Insert one tip of a tweezers in the middle of the knot and gently wiggle the chain. If the knot is too tight to insert the tweezers, tap on it a few times with the tweezers. As it loosens, spread it apart with the tweezers.
