Great machine good communication, received in perfect condition. Note to others: Be sure to read full description of any listings. I had mistakenly assume the cutting plates and dies that come with new machine would be included-but seller clearly stated only machine and power cord. My disappointment as the accessories cost another 85 bucks!

My wife and I unpacked our Brother Scan n Cut CM250 that I was told had only been used 10x. As a software seminar instructor, I am a stickler reading the instructions first. So we did with CM250. So with great anticipation, we plugged it in, pushed on the power button and went thru the Brother intro screens, then touched the display screen and got: “INITIALZATION OF THE HEAD FAILED. Turn off the machined.” Now what?????????!!!!
