    Sorry to hear the box may have been opened it was definitely sent new sealed box from the UK.I would guess on some occasions customs might open to check contents, as anything imported into a country most customs will do. But our company has a stellar 30 years of Audio trading and always advertise and send as description, unfortunately i think this customer was after some form of compensation from the start, after purchase he clearly started trying on for money back, before ever receiving goods
