Well, Although these are VERY HIGH quality and are made in north America these are MUCH closer to panty hose than tights. As for Capri, NOPE. In general, Capri is ANY-THING that goes to Ankles is not. Yes, if ya Hike ANY-THING up to mid calf it has the appearance of Capri from afar. Kinda like the little river girl you felt sorry for in school who's mom was 30 and she was 15. Ya tried to help her, but it just wasn't gunna work. Would buy from seller Again!
