I had a problem with the machine when it arrived. I contacted the seller and they got back with me within 24 hours, sent me a video to help, and were generally kind and responsive, even though initially I was upset at what I understood to be a malfunction and not really very nice. 10/10 would buy from this seller again, they were honest with me from the start.
