Item was not new or sealed as stated it was used ( damaged on the inside ) and it was resealed with the original seal plus fingerprints and food on the inside was a give away

Unfair feedback, i apoligised and explained it was sold for a friend, i said i would refund once returned,
they tried to get a £5 partial refund but i asked to start a return and ill refund, they replied with its not worth the hassle and they will just keep it.
The item cannot be as bad as they said then.
