Se fosse realmente quebrado pelo envio, o comprador poderia ter seguido o procedimento do ebay para uma resolução. Apesar de a descrição indicar claramente que dois dos artigos apresentados nas fotografias não estavam incluídos na venda, o comprador exigiu que um desses artigos fosse também enviado.
