The baseball bat was advertised as size 32 inches and 29 ounces. The bat sent to me was 34 inches and 31 ounces. I contacted the seller about the issue, and I offered to return the bat for a refund. The seller offered me just a refund due to the problem. The refund never came. I have asked the seller multiple times for my refund. The seller has noted technical issues from his/her end. However, I still don’t have my refund, an I am frustrated.
