Item/box in great shape. Item was described as having all the parts. It was missing two parts. One was a leveling crank, and an arm speed adjuster. Seller wasn't aware of missing parts. He offered a refund. As toy was manly for display purposes. I can fabricate leveling crank. Arm speed adjuster doesn't affect main function of toy. I accepted toy with missing parts. Happy with purchase.
