After contacting the seller for his misleading ad. I have this item on a shelf. As I simply can't use it for my Church project. The main point of buying the item is the pictured rack mount feature. The seller refused to make this deal right so the other 2 problems like missing power cord and no remote control seemed to me as a waste of my time. Buyers beware!
