The item is and was clearly marked as "used" and wear and tear is to be expected with that condition. I wish the seller would have posted pictures of the back of the hat where the damage actually was. Not a biggest deal because it is fairly minor damage and the rest is fine and seems in good shape. It just would have been nice to know up front. Overall a good experience though.
