This worked when pulled from service recently. Why would I sell a faulty unit? It does me no good to sell something faulty! I've had 606 transactions on e-bay and never received a negative feedback! This says something for my record. The buyer offered me 1/2 of what I was originally asking and still complains? Also the buyer seemed angry in all the communications, and I did answer every question. I really think the problem was on their end, possibly the wrong power adapter was used.
