I asked the seller about the condition of this item before hand because I was worried about the jacket cracking a flaking. They told me it was in "Fantastic Condition" When it arrived it was cracked a flaking. When contacted they responded "We told you that it was in fantastic condition because it was before we sent it off to the shipper and it spent time in storage. We had no way of knowing that the a toy that was not played with would start to flake." Was told to return for refund'

We tried to make this buyer happy. We informed them that before we sent it off to our locker for shipment it was in fantastic condition as pictured. It was a NEVER used still on the mannequin fake leather doll jacket. When it arrived the buyer informed us that it was starting to flake. We apologized and offered a full refund once the item was returned to us with our prepaid label. The buyer wasn't happy with this but all we can do is apologize and try to make it right with a return for refund.
