This buyer tried to run a scam. After investigating the buyer, he has been abusing Ebay policies to gain something free, or free with money back. Our feed back from customers satisfaction is very good in the many years we have sold on Ebay, and other platforms. Buyer is using feedback in a way to scam, by threating to use feedback to pull off his scam. In this case it did not work. Be careful of such buyers, who abuse Ebay policies.
