I ordered 2 devices, one of which didn't work. The seller didn't respond despite me contacting them several times and wasn't prepared to suggest a solution. When I reported this conflict via PayPal, I was found to be right and PayPal refunded me the amount under buyer protection. In addition, the item was not shipped from Italy as described, but from China.
