Hi. I'm very surprised to learn that the record jumped when you played it. It definitely 100% didn't jump when I played it through on my equipment. I know that different turntables and styli can have varying degrees of sensitivity. Perhaps your set up is more sensitive? I would never knowingly sell a record that jumps without mentioning it clearly in the listing. We can organise a return and refund if you'd like to send it back?
