I purchased a total of eight separate listings of plastic figures from this seller based on her representation in the description that she would combine shipping. At checkout I was charged $20 shipping. I paid the shipping but emailed the seller and asked her to check it once the package shipped and please refund any excess. When the package arrived it had a total weight of 2lbs or about $6 shipping Ground Advantage. The seller never refunded the difference and never responded to my message.
