The mug is very nice and it was sent in good time, however, it was delivered to the wrong address - several streets aways from my home. Several days after delivery, a neighbor found it in the doorway of a rental property that he owns and brought the item to me. If he had not found it, it would have sat there until the renter returned from a lengthily vacation - or it could have disappeared completely.. This is unacceptable.
