- Paid for next day delivery but seller made a mistake and sent it economy so item arrived late (cutting it very fine for when I needed it).
- Asked for refund on postage, but didn't get a reply for a week and had to ask again.
- When refund arrived, it was for the difference between the next day delivery and the economy delivery, which might be strictly within the rules, but doesn't feel like the right gesture, considering I wouldn't have bought the item if only economy postage was offered.
