I bought these two lovely bookends but unfortunately although they were really well packaged one was shattered but the seller refunded everything paid after altering them about this and sending a picture so although I don’t have the items the seller was excellent in refunding very quickly. Nice picture, well packed, reasonable shipping costs. Thanks a lot. The shipping time was significantly longer than anything I had experienced before with shipments from UK, but I think this wasn't the seller's fault, but the fault of the parcel company and international customs.
