Pics attached as you can see definitely not brand new. Seller hasn't even denied the fact either. Is covered in a brown substance and possibly mould. Straps were not attached to seat and user guide is missing. Has been returned as shown. Morally you CANNOT sell a car seat second hand and pretend it's new. You haven't got a clue what could have happened to that seat. Please read other reviews also. Disgusting to do so. And before they say I'm lying I have absolutely no reason to. Very angry mum
