My comm with seller about "lost" item produced one response. It was not "Your item is on it's way" nor was it "Your refund is on the way". I did some more communication got nothing in return. Found out from USPS that the item was never given to the post office. The seller provided me with a tracking number. The seller advised me that the package shipped even after I inquired a couple of times. Bad experience! Would not do business with them again. Waiting for refund
