      before purchasing this part, I sent him my car information , he told me that it will fit , but after towing the car to my mechanic , the part did not fit , so I returned it in the same box that it came with , but he did not refund me . so I waisted hours trying to get my refund.

      We had advised buyer we could not decode vin number since t he before transaction when he asked us. Buyers mechanic was no help either. We could not help either and he opened case for remorse. We accepted return without a problem. Buyer forgot to mention the part was returned damaged and we showed proof. He did not bother packaging a heavy unit and his excuse was "I used the same box". We wouldn't have had any issue refunding if buyer would've taken responsibility for his mistake.
