At first we were working promptly together toward a solution and was very helpful, but suddenly stopped communication. Apparently seller had some things come up (an understandable reason), but failed to communicate or resolve the issue in a prudent manner. I wish them the best and hope things can resolve from a process quality perspective but sadly cannot recommend at this time.
