All the original packaging was gone. And I'm not talking about the shipping box. The actual product box. The mount actually malfunctioned and my phone fell off with most of the mount. The result was a broken phone. Witch should never of appened in the first place. The cold shoe mont was locked and secured. I bought the same thing of Amazon no issues at all. Would not recommend this seller!
