Always difficult from photos to really see the plane until it's in one's hands. Aside from some minor adjustments to the sole, I got it working pretty well. I'm a user - not a collector. This plane was nicely cleaned up, a good iron and wedge. It was also superbly wrapped in 3 or 4 layers of USPS typical pouches and shrinked wrapped to boot. I recommend this guy for all you users out there.
