We apologized and offered a full refund, but he preferred to keep the watch and receive a partial refund. We couldn’t agree on his initial request, as the watch was already discounted from its $1,500 retail price. We eventually agreed on a fair amount and issued the refund. He seemed satisfied, but it now seems he wasn’t. We regret he feels his effort wasn’t enough.
