We negotiated a price for the item and he counter offered and I accepted his offer and paid for it within the minute. 5 minutes later he cancels the order and says someone offered him a better price. So he re lists the item and I purchase it again with the new price, on top of that he adds 20$ extra to the shipping price. He shipped the shoes out wrapped in paper dude.
